Chef Martin Bell works wonders with the best of seasonal Scottish produce to create consistently good, honest dishes.
Special mention for the hot chocolate fondant with lavender crème fraiche. Afternoon tea is served daily in the Drawing Room between 2pm and 5pm. Excellent, makes-you-feel-at-home service.
