As you enter, to the right is a dusky bar; to the left an airy dining room dotted with good-looking staff in grey. The non-classic French/Japanese menu is full of delicious surprises - from Tiger Prawn Tempura to Black Cod with Miso... The Chocolate Spring Roll is heaven. Best times to go are Wednesday nights and Thursdays when the kitchen is freshly stocked with produce from the world's biggest fresh food market, Rungis, near Paris.
