Benihana

One of only three Benihana's in the UK (all are in London) this Chelsea restaurant is located on the social catwalk that is the Kings Road. As you'd expect it is both is glamorous and elegant. Each Hibachi Grill table is delicately lit by candles, but it is your sense of smell that gets most carried away as your chef cooks your chosen dish before you. If you're here to splash out, order Hibachi Imperial from the Kaiseki Dinner selection. For £52 you will be served around five dishes, with the centrepiece being a pretty special creation of lobster tail and quality cuts of Chateaubriand. The restaurant seats 140, and has both a private dining room, and lounge area for ten.
