Sister of celebrity-restaurants The Ivy, J Sheekey's and Le Caprice, Daphne's is an enduringly popular Tuscan-style modern Italian favoured by a diverse clientele, from stars to sophisticated families. His signature dish is linguine alla vingole, a heavenly marriage of fine pasta ribbons, clams, chilli, garlic and white wine. But before that try the warm octopus with new potatoes and capers.
