The chef, Barry Tonks, has probably cooked some of your most memorable meals at other high-regarded eateries (Putney Bridge, The Landmark) and is here adding more lustre to his reputation for being a high-quality chef. Try house cocktail of ginger cosmopolitan then tuck into anchovy fillets from Conservas Ortiz, and bittersweet pickled figs from El Bierzo, and Salchichon de Vich from Cataluna, and coarse cut chorizo picanta from Leon.
