Greek Valley

Warning: you may seriously love this restaurant. Greek Valley, under the careful and loving direction of Effie, the guiding spirit of the place, is as warm, authentic and welcoming as My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and then some. The smallish dining room is painted in Aegean blue with terracotta tiles and prints of Greece. The menu offers wonderful meze, we love the four home-made dips, as well as spanokopittes, dolmades, a tasty salmon kebab, marinated tuna and superb lamb dishes. If there's bouzouki music, it will lift you to your feet and the next thing you'll be smashing plates and feeling like Zorba. The wine list is fine, and the house wines are strong choices.
