Hicks' Brasserie and Bar

Hicks' by name, but most certainly not hick by nature! As well as the divine Garden Room Restaurant, Cotswold House also have a funky, informal bar-brasserie called Hicks'. It's open from 9.30 am and is a perfect place to kick back, read the papers and bask in the sun that streams through their windows. They have a reputation for fab baguettes and a light lunch menu - you can also have afternoon tea (weather permitting!) in the gorgeous sunny terrace, in the shade of a beauteous olive tree...ahhh...
