Fish and seafood are the thing, with a few offerings for unrepentant carnivores. The bouillabaisse is reckoned a triumph by those who know, as is the plateau de fruits de mer. For starters we particularly enjoyed the fresh mussels with garlic, tomato and cream sauce and the grilled prawns with homemade garlic butter followed by the grilled fillet of tuna and the seabass with a cream, pernod and wild mushroom sauce.
