Chef/patron Martin Wishart has practiced his art in some of the starriest London eateries, so it is no suprise to find his chic new establishment has become a mecca for devoted foodies. The short, confident menu is French in the modern/classic style and changes weekly. Recent dishes included roasted fillet of salmon wrapped in crisp potato shell with paysanne of leek with chervil and oyster veloute, and rillettes of duck and port with toasted French country bread and julienne vegetable salad.
