The Royal Hotel

The Royal Hotel is located right in the centre of Blairgowrie and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere in comfortable surroundings.

Built in 1852, the Hotel has been renovated and tastefully refurbished to offer outstanding, modern facilities, set amid the charm and character of early Victorian architecture.

All rooms are en-suite and full breakfast is included in the tariff and served in the elegant dining room. All rooms/suites are named after championship golf courses - St Andrews, Troon, Turnberry, Carnoustie, Muirfield, Rosemount (on the first floor) - and famous single malt whiskies - Aberfeldy, Glenmorangie, Edradour, Tomatin, Deanston (on the second floor).

Guests can dine in thee Glens' Restaurant, or enjoy a drink in the Lounge/Cocktail Bar, which offers a good selection of beers and a fine choice in malt whiskies.
