The hotel's Quadrato Restaurant serves northern Italian fare stunningly from an exhibition kitchen in the centre of the restaurant to provide diners with a view of just what the chefs are up to. In the summer there is an outside terrace with seating for 35. What's cooking? Signature dishes include Caesar salad, gnocchi, roasted seabass, pomodorini and black olives, fresh catch mixed grill with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil.
