The Somerville Hotel

The Somerville was originally a Victorian villa and occupies a prominent site on the road down to the harbour. Most of the rooms have undergone substantial refurbishment and some now have luxury en suite facilities as well as exquisite bedroom furniture. The hotel has a licenced bar to relax in as well as a wonderful sun lounge which offers wonderful views across the Torwood valley. Cleanliness, the comfort of our guests and good service are our top priorities. The Somerville operates a non Smoking policy inside the hotel buildings. The Somerville is ideal for couples wanting a quiet relaxing break, for families seeking a base from which to explore the many delights of Torbay and for those on business in search of more than just bland corporate accommodation.
