A small, inviting, nicely-lit restaurant down the road from the V&A, Science Museum and the Natural History Museum, Thai Square serves well-heeled locals and tourists their favourite Thai dishes. You wouldn't think it, but this lovely little restaurant is part of ten-strong chain that began life on The Strand in 1996. The group's growing success lies in the consistency of its fresh, flavoursome food - particularly perennial favourites, green curry and pad thai, the attractiveness of each restaurant (though individually decorated, all display striking artefacts flown in from Thailand), and the charming, attentive Thai staff.
