The restaurant's three glass conservatories make the most of the fleeting English sunshine -- particularly welcome at brunch. The menu changes every day, so be prepared to experiment. Modern European cooking means inventive, flavourful borrowings from France, Italy and lands beyond, as well as revitalised favourites from home. A recent menu included, for instance, spicy lamb samosas with raita, and roast skate wing with caponata and basil oil.
