Dalwhinnie is the highest village in the highlands of Scotland. Queen Victoria thought that the historic Inn at Dalwhinnie worth a visit when she toured the highlands.
The accommodation now has 27 en-suite bedrooms, split level Dining Room and cocktail bar, upper floor lounge with fully - glazed wall, affording magnificent view over the River Truim to the Cairngorms.
The village is the home of the Dalwhinnie Distillery, which houses a quality Visitor Centre, with free-guided tours and tasting of Dalwhinnie Single Malt Whiskey.
