The Fifth Floor restaurant is a spectacularly modern space which displays a very different character at lunch and at dinner. By daytime, an intelligent lighting system changes the colour of the ceiling to reflect the weather, while at night the fibreoptic 'walls' change colour. The room's relaxing lightness is enhanced by designer white leather chairs and crisp white table linen. Major celebrities can regularly be spotted dining on head chef Helena Puolakka's Modern European delights, particularly her smoked wild salmon. The extensive fine wine list is also a pull.
