Just across the road from David Linley and a variety of antique shops, the restaurant with its clear glass frontage is light and airy, sleek and sophisticated. A family run restaurant, Gino Santini opened L'Incontro in 1987 and it is now run by his daughter Charlotte and son in law Christiano. Spaghetti with fresh lobster, cuttlefish in ink sauce served with polenta and poached seabass in balsamic vinegar. Excellent value set lunch £14.50 for 2 courses. Dinner £35 per person plus wine.
