Kerala is to black pepper what Bordeaux is to, well, bordeaux, the growing region of multiple, subtly different types, and Rasa Maricham is here to showcase some of them. Set in the Kings Cross Holiday Inn, Rasa Maricham is a smart restaurant with keen waitstaff who know their stuff. Pepper enthusiasts should try the Parippu lentil soup, the Masala Vadai, and the peppercorn and coconut rice, though the afore-mentioned Rasa fans will find favourites both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, too.
