A smart, up-to-date Italian restaurant with all of Italy's traditional flavour and charm, Tilelli is named for its owner, the ever-present Max. Set in a lower-ground Victorian house within easy reach of Sadler's Wells and the Angel, the restaurant is light and airy in the day, especially the vine-covered garden, and twinkling with candles in the evening. Try starter of fresh tomato soup with spinach leaves and olive oil with homemade bread, main course of pasta or grilled swordfish with coriander sauce, and pud of warm apple tart and cream. The wine list is proudly Italian and we recommend the limoncello to top off your meal.
