Chef, restaurateur and author, Gary Rhodes has just moved to the West End to open Rhodes W1, a stunning brasserie at The Cumberland hotel in London's Marble Arch. Offering the very best in modern European dishes, but with Gary's distinctly British approach, the real emphasis is on quality ingredients, simply and well prepared.
