Beautifully furnished period house set on the edge of the village overlooking the fields to the ancient church. Well located just off the M62 and A19 for both business and leisure requirements and with easy access to York Hull, Leeds, Goole, Selby, Doncaster Etc.

There are ten individually furnished en-suite rooms, two of which are luxury suites. All rooms have hospitality trays, remote control colour TV, radios and hair dryers. Ironing facilities are available. Full English breakfast served overlooking the gardens. There is a meeting room for informal gatherings.
