Cocoon

Cocoon is cool. Unique among Regent Street's restaurants, it is a series of six gloriously glamorous spherical dining rooms, sushi bars, and a luxurious lounge designed by Stephane Dupoux, whose triumphs include NYC's boutique nightclub Cielo, and Pearl, the champagne lounge on Miami's Ocean Drive. It feels like another world. A fashionable Pan-Asian, the menu mixes sushi and sashimi with dim sum and wok-fries. Signature dishes include wasabi prawns or Australian wagyu beef served with eryngii mushrooms, foie gras, and fresh wasabi. Top of the fab sushi selection are spider rolls with crispy soft shell crab, cucumber, rocket and tobiko caviar.
