Tending to the affluent clientele, many of whom have followed his highly-experienced head-chef father, Raymond, here from the Garrick Club and the Ritz, is the charming manager Tom Patterson. Actors, judges, businessmen, publishers... these professionals know quality ingredients and top-notch presentation when they order it. And ordering from the seasonal Modern British menu they are, especially the Dover sole with lobster tortellini with Champagne sauce.
