The Oak Room is a cream and white-coloured haven of classical refinement serving the traditional yet contemporary cuisine of Michelin-starred Aiden Byrne who, as you'd expect, loves cooking with the very best organic produce. Worth-the-effort-in-getting-here dishes such as roast turbot with foie gras gromesquis and globe artichokes are served on replica 18th century fine English tableware with hand-pierced and hand-fluted edges, set on heavy silver under-plates. Excellent service, and a fine English experience.
