When coming from London on the M40, leave at J8 and take the Oxford bypass or leave at J9 and follow tourist board signs for Blenheim Palace to Woodstock, then the A44 to Chipping Norton. There is a direct rail link to Paddington from Kingham, 4 miles from Chipping Norton.
