Getting There
Zoom map From North/South West: Leave the M5 at junction 13 and follow signs to Stroud. In Stroud, follow signs to Cirencester (A419). After passing Waitrose on your right, at the set of traffic lights next to a pub called the British Oak, the road winds and climbs, crossing a cattle grid and Rodborough Common. Keep on this road, crossing Minchinhampton Common, which includes a golf course. After crossing a second cattle grid, the Ragged Cot is on the right hand side of the road, situated on a T-junction. Turn right at the T-junction for the car park.
Getting There
From London or the South: Leave - or cross - the M4 at junction 15 and take the A419 for Cirencester. When approaching Cirencester, follow signs for Stroud (still the A419). After about 7 miles, turn left (signposted Minchinhampton). You go past an airfield and MOD Aston Down. The Ragged Cot is a mile further on, situated on a T-junction. Turn left for the car park.
