Alston House

Alston house is popular with both locals and visitors wishing to enjoy great food and drink in their relaxed and informal house bar. A contempory bar in traditional surrounings.

They have six large en-suite rooms with great views of Alston's surrounding natural beauty. All rooms are en suite and comfortably furnished with tea/coffee making facilities, televisions and hair dryers.

Guests will enjoy a hearty Cumbrian breakfast prepared using local produce wherever possible (including the famous Alston sausage).

Alston's unspoilt beauty, with its cobbled streets, warm welcome and air of timelessness has led many visitors to return or even settle here. Recently the town became the 'star' in televisions adaptation of Oliver Twist.
