The Swan is a charismatic hotel that us steeped in history. It has attractive facilities and is well located for exploring the regions sights and attractions.
The Hotel has 14 luxury en-suite bedrooms all decorated to a high standard. There is also a honeymoon and executive suite with four-poster beds; the honeymoon suite also has a Jacuzzi. All rooms have a TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Telephone and Direct Dial.
Swan House is easy to find in the centre of Beccles next to the Town Hall and the Church Tower of St. Michaels, which acts as a convenient landmark

- The bar offers a fine wine list with a selection of over 50 wines together with more than 50 bottled beers from around the world, as well as local real ales. Hot mulled wine and mulled cider are served during the winter months, when you can warm yourself by the log fires.
