Quality B and B Accommodation with its own indoor pool in Windermere, Lake District. A warm welcome awaits you at the Southview, a non-smoking bed and breakfast Guest House with a Splash of luxury, they offer quality accommodation, a central location and unique facilities for the discerning lakeland guest.

The accommodation at Southview consists of 10 ensuite bedrooms (3 Superior, 1 Four-Poster and 6 classic), an informal residents lounge, a breakfast dining room and our very own (residents only) indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi (heated to 82 degrees in Winter) which leads on to our relaxing "southfacing" patio for those long summer days!

All of the rooms are individually furnished and decorated, and all are en-suite and centrally heated with the facilities you would expect from a quality B and B.

The south lakes are has a wide and varied list of attractions and activities available to visitors to suit all needs, from Abseiling to Zoo's and just about everything in between.
