Located near Rye in east Sussex, Camber Sands has been a secret haunt of fashionistas for years. The hotel offers 18 newly redesigned bedrooms simply furnished, decorated in light neutral shades and stylishly finished in natural fabrics.

A choice of twin, double, triple and studio rooms are available, all with en-suite bathrooms, thick white fluffy towels, Egyptian cotton sheets, spa therapy toiletries, hair dryers, coffee and tea making facilities, digital radios and remote controlled televisions with integral DVDs.

In the brasserie the cooking is straightforward with much use made of the grill. The menu varies with seasonal availability and will appeal to customers who like simple untainted food.

Conference Facilities: The hotel is also ideally suited for small and private informal meetings and conference events. The meeting and conference room has a light oak floor, the walls and ceiling are painted in natural tones and the light oak tables can be configured for a variety of formats, from a more 'formal' boardroom layout to an 'informal' setting using the mix of tub chairs and settees. There is a private deck for 'al fresco' meetings and dining. Facilities are fully digital and include a DVD player, video, tuner, CD player, TV, electronic drop down screen and cinematic quality projection with 5.1 Dolby sound system, compatible with PC and Mac formats. The hotel also provide an overhead projector, flip chart and whiteboard.
