Phoenix Court is set in a 15-roomed Victorian house, overlooking Scarborough's north bay and only minutes walk from the beach, Scarborough Castle and many other local attractions.

You will find a warm welcome on arrival and a friendly environment to ensure you enjoy your stay.

The guest house offers double and family rooms all of which are en-suite. Many rooms offer spectacular views of Scarborough's beautiful North Bay.

As a member of the Deliciouslyorkshire Breakfast scheme we source most of our breakfast items from within Yorkshire - milk, sausages, bacon, eggs, kippers, jam and marmalade.

My partner and I stayed at the Phoenix Hotel from Friday 1st May to Monday 4th May 2009 and can honestly say that it was the best hotel that we have stayed in. Talk about value for money !!
