Set in an eighteenth-century crescent with its own shared gardens and tennis courts, the George Hotel has easy access to most of London's main attractions, theatres and clubs.

A few minutes walk to the British Museum, Oxford Street famous for its shopping, and the theatre district near Soho. The hotel is situated right in the heart of London, and close to excellent transport links to mainline stations and easy direct links to London's airports.

Getting There: Access from London Airport (Heathrow) - 1.) By Taxi (Black-cab) - Takes about 50 minutes depending on traffic delays. Costs about £50. 2.) By Private Hire Car (Minicab) - The receptionist can arrange for a driver to meet you at the Airport in the Arrival Hall and deliver you to the hotel. Price for 1 or 2 persons - £35. 3.) By Tube - Take the Tube direct to Russell Square station, leaves about every 5 -10 minutes. Costs £3.80 (Children 5-16 yrs - £1.40) and takes about 55 minutes.
Car parking: We always strongly recommend - don't bring a car to London! I f you need to bring one we have reduced rates for our guests at a nearby National Car Park.
