This site has a fab location. Can easily walk into Ryde and along to appley beach.(the beach at sea view is not sandy.) the site is set in lovely grounds however some of the chalets seem to be lived in permanently which detracts from the holiday feel, but far worse was the cleanliness of the chalet ...
