Cosway is a family run park with privately owned holiday homes sited in landscaped surroundings. For freedom and peace of mind our prime objective has always been to give safety and security at all times.

For the exclusive use of owners and their guests, relax in the friendly, comfortable licensed clubhouse with patio area and panoramic sea views or bathe in the adjacent heated swimming pool. With an all-weather tennis court and boating, water sports and fishing facilities there is something for everyone.

As you walk through the recreation field to the sandy beach you have the choice of just sitting watching the nautical world go by, or walking the short distance towards the adjacent country park. Further along, to the point where the river Colne meanders its way towards Wivenhoe and the port of Colchester you can watch the sailing boats and barges that pass frequently to and from their home port of Maldon, about 5 miles down the river Blackwater.
