The Park consists of 2 Village areas just a short walk apart along a country lane. Each has a distinctly different atmosphere, to suit different holiday needs.

Choose Yare Village for family fun and entertainment, with Sparky's Krew Club, The Mix, Sports and Water Resorts daytime programmes, plus a super line up of cabaret, shows and laughter every evening.

If you're looking for a quieter base from which to tour and explore the local Broadland area, then Bure Village will be more to your taste. The tree-lined Village offers a modern indoor pool, a solarium and fully equipped gym as well as a poolside bar and The Tavern in which to unwind and plan your next day.

Opening Times: Open from 18/03 to 24/10
Getting There: From Gt. Yarmouth on A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over 3 roundabouts. Take the next exit and turn left at the bottom of the slip road, signposted Burgh Castle. At roundabout take 1st exit and straight over the next. After 1 1/2 miles turn left at T-junction and right at the next. After 1/2 miles Bure Village is on the right. Continue along this road, Yare Village is on the left.
