St. Margaret's is located in a quiet, secluded parkland setting, with charming detached bungalows, in a variety of sizes and price ranges and the recently converted engine house. Due to the steep stairs this may not be suitable for toddlers or the elderly.

Children love the natural surroundings, giving parents the freedom to allow them to explore. They can visit the duck pond, play in the adventure playground or challenge friends to a giant game of jenga or droughts.

Getting There: A390 from St. Austell to Truro just out of St. Austell town turn left into Tregongeeves Lane (signposted Golf Club). Continue to bottom of hill and park is on your right.
