Mendip Heights Camping & Caravan Park

Welcome to Mendip Heights Camping and Caravanning Club Site. This peaceful family park is situated between Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole and Wells. The park is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and away from main roads. They are only half and hour from Bristol, Bath and the coast.

Mendip is a unique area of the West Country. Situated only 20 miles or so to the south of Bath, it is steeped in history and legend associated with Roman and Iron Age remians. The area also encompasses some of the most attractive of Somerset's varied landscapes, ranging from the limestone summits of the Mendip Hills to the broad expanses of the Somerset Levels. Mendip offers excellent opportunities to participate in many popular outdoor pursuits: walking, cycling, horse riding, caving, golf and fishing.
