Pinewoods is set beside miles of unspoilt beach and woodland walks that sweep along the coast to Holkham Bay to the west. The area provides the visitor with ample opportunities to enjoy peace and solitude and is a bird-watchers' paradise.
The Park is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the North Norfolk Coast, being three-quarters of a mile from the town of Wells-next-the-Sea. The Park is bounded on the north by a strip of mature Corsican pines. To the east lies the entrance to Wells harbour, with its fishing boats and sailing dinghies.
A minute after leaving your caravan on foot you are in the woods, within two you are on the beach. Heading south to the town you can walk along the sea wall, or take the miniature steam train. Simply beautiful.
