There are a number of touring and camping areas; some pitches offer superb views of the Moray Firth , whilst other pitches are more sheltered and ideal for families with small children. On the west beach of Hopeman enjoying panoramic views of the Moray Firth, perhaps see the Moray Firth dolphins.

The village of Hopeman has various shops which cater for your basic everyday needs. The city of Elgin is less than 15 minutes away, where you will find well known high street chain stores and leisure facilities. There are many castles to visit in the Moray area and there is also the Malt Whisky trail which provides for an exciting day out, or maybe you would prefer to take a relaxing stroll on the various coastal walks.
