Willowbank Holiday Home & Touring Park

After reading the previous review we thought it would be just up our street. No noisy "pleasure beach" types, with no imagination. There were children on the park and they seemed very happy playing on the small kiddies playpark, I hesitate to add that they were younger children and there is nothing for teenagers on the park, but that's what attracted us !! It is a lovely peaceful park and the website did not give us the false impression that there was entertainment, if it did have then we would not bothered booking, who wants noisy kids and drunken parents next to them !!! The shower block is immaculate, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, we will definitely go back and by the way, we don't have one foot in the grave, we just prefer to entertain ourselves ... Very, very, very, very extra quiet & boring- sorry but its the only way to explain it. Went here with my 3 children aged 4, 8, 12, the website looked good but its not what it appears to be. The only good thing this site had going for it was Southport Pleasure Beach was just down the road and that's now closed ... Read More
