Serenity Park is situated on the A174 approximately 8 miles north of Whitby, in the village of Hinderwell, set within the North Yorkshire Moor National Park.
For the serenity that our visitors have come to expect please note that we are predominately an adult site, although children are welcome upon request. The site is in the centre of the village conveniently placed for all the local facilities. The village has two local pubs, a fish and chip shop, post office, butchers, chemist and convenience store.
The site extends to five acres in total being hidden away from the main road. The park is south facing and has twenty electric hook-up pitches, the recently renovated toilet block and laundry facilities are centrally located with facilities for campers to wash crockery and dry clothing.
Runswick Bay, with its sheltered sandy beaches, is a short stroll from the site. The picturesque village of Stathes, with its historic links with Captain Cook, is also within easy walking distance
