Newlands Holiday Breaks, situated in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, is set in 4 acres of peaceful and secluded grounds. At this small, family run park guests are invited to relax in one of 5 fully equipped luxury holiday cottages, or own their own holiday homes on one of the 24 static caravan pitches, all located in picturesque, natural woodland.

The site has been awarded 3 and 4 stars for the luxurious cottage accomodation, conversions of a 19th century agricultural barn. The historic town of Epworth is only 5 miles away and hosts a number of amenities, with many more villages and places of interest to visit in the surrounding area.

The park is open all year meaning that a holiday home can be used to maximum benefit (Note however stricktly not residential use)
