Bournemouth's famous sandy beaches are just nine miles away from Oakdene Forest Park, which borders the Avon Forest and water meadows. In every other direction you can explore nature reserves, country parks and Forestry Commission land. It's easy to relax, being so close to nature.

We've invested in a new country club, bringing everything under one roof including bars, eateries and the entertainment suite. In 2004 the park won four star status from the English Tourist Council and in 2007 the Bellamy Gold Award for conservation.

There are different types of caravans as well as luxury forest lodges sleeping up to 8 people. Styles vary in number of bedrooms, interior fittings and degree of luxury and pets are welcome in selected units.

Leisure Facilities include: Heated indoor swimming pool with flume, heated indoor toddlers' beach area, heated outdoor pool, heated outdoor toddlers pool, fully equipped gym and fitness studio, Sauna, Steam room and spa bath, football field.
