A proudly independent company conveniently situated in Hobart Tasmania, Chemist on Collins is staffed with highly trained local people who know customers - it's all about the personal touch! Of course, in addition to seasoned regulars, travellers and new faces are also always welcome, for health needs, prescriptions, gifts, vitamins or even just local advice!

Since owner Katherine Menadue bought the chemist in 2004, it has expanded, now employing more than 10 local people, ranging from casual to full-time permanent staff. This year 2007, we will be expanding again to the Collins Street entrance and joining the Amcal brand. Nothing will change in terms of staff and service however we will be offering an increased range of products and some fantastic fortnightly specials.

There is a free delivery service to businesses in the CBD and there's even a beauty room, where you can be pampered, pierced and waxed! Please ask staff about these services.
