Killerton Marker's Cottage

Constructed of cob (a mixture of clay and straw), Killerton's Marker's Cottage has a homely interior, including a unique cross-passage wooden screen decorated with painted decorative 'grotesque' work and a landscape scene with St Andrew.

There is a cob summerhouse in the garden and the visit is well worthwhile. Admission is just 2.50GBP for adults and 1.25GBP for children. There is also the option of buying reduced price tickets if you also buy a ticket for nearby Clyston Mill.
