Troopers is a truly gorgeous place, right in the thick of things with wineries, pubs and beautiful walking trails all close by. Take a walk to Mackenzie's falls but beware of the bird life, they are a little hostile when it comes to food and we didn't believe the guy when he told us they would take it from our hands until one of our party was swooped by 2 currawongs and then the top of my sausage roll disappeared with another currawong!Stuart our host was GREAT and went out of his way to make sure our stay was as comfy as possible ...
