The Old Wilmot Bakehouse is a bakery with licensed tearooms. Freshly baked hand made bread, Bakehouse pies, cornish pasties our famous vanilla slice and what ever yummy treats Cameron the baker decides to bake on the day! Dine in or takeaway. Opening Hours weekends (Apr - Oct) 11am - 4pm Sat & Sun Bakehouse Pizza on Fridays 5 - 7pm Homestyle meals served with local wine or beer available in our cosy dining room nightly for inhouse guests with prebooking. Other days by group bookings, of 10 to 45 people. Phone Pauline for some great packages!. A great place to stop into on way to or from Cradle Mountain and enjoy some special treats.

- This is the original Wilmot Bakehouse which was open aprox 1893 - 1970 by the Mitchell Family. The old wood oven is still in place (not used) in the tearoom area.

- From April - October 2009 Bakery/Tearoom Hours - weekends only - Sat & Sun 11am - 4pm Bakehouse Pizza Friday evenings 5 - 7pm (Evening meals available nightly for inhouse guests)
