The house is designed to create a relaxed atmosphere, and contains local artworks throughout. Set within 9 acres of glorious country gardens, including seasonal vegtables ans flowers. Facilities include vine covered barbeque areas and picnic spots along the river bank.

The golf practice area and children's animal farm provide many opportunities for everyone to enjoy themselves. A very special place indeed, and it's right in the centre of Mudgee town. AAAT 4.5 stars

Fully self-contained the cottage sleeps 8 with 1 king, 2 Queen, 1 twin. There are two bathrooms, full-length bath and a third toilet. Kitchen and laundry have all mod cons, and for outside dining a vine covered patio with both gas barbeque and Webber.
