The park is a tranquil family run peaceful retreat in 5 acres of rural Wales south of Lampeter. Located off A482 the park is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday escape to the country away from busy everyday life. The open field views provide glimpses of Red Kites which frequent the area.

With a spacious area for tourers & campers, it is a good base for holidays or short breaks. The quiet country lanes are ideal for walking, cycling or for those interested in nature, Fishing lakes & horse riding stables nearby with golfing throughout the county. For mountain bike riders the Abergorlech Mountain Bike Centre at Brechfa Forest is 10 miles away and our location is ideal for Green Lane enthusiasts with exciting routes including the Strata Florida.

The village pub/restaurant is a pleasant walk & popular for take-away meals. Local convenience store/petrol station. Explore the beautiful sandy beaches of the West Wales coast.

Or...just stay on the park and enjoy the silence!!

Further Information: Frequent visitors may choose a seasonal touring pitch for the summer or for more spacious accommodation a pitch for static caravan with car parking, patio and a grass area alongside for relaxation is another option. A caravan of your choice either new or pre-owned can be purchased from an extensive selection from our approved supplier. If you already own a caravan it may be possible to relocate to our park. Our toilet facilities have free hot water for washbasins, showers and washing-up. The laundry room has a deep sink facility, a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Other services include electric hook-ups, chemical disposal point/waste water, icepack freezing, bottled gas sales, tourist information, local walking routes. Some hardstandings.
Getting There: Directions to the Park SA19 8EX: When approaching from the south, leave the A40 at Llanwrda, travel north on the A482 through Pumsaint and take the road signposted to Ffarmers and the park. In the village of Ffarmers turn right at the Drovers' Arms, follow the lane for about three quarters of a mile and Maesbach will be found on your left. From the north leave Lampeter on the A482 going south, continue through the village of Cwmann and turn off the A482 at the Ffarmers signpost then follow the above directions.
