This beautiful hotel is situated in lovely rural grounds in South Gloucestershire, in the heart of the rural village of Falfield. The 18th century building boasts beautiful character throughout. Originally the grounds and hotel were the Dowager's House to Tortworth Court. Later it became the house of Colonel Murray, a highly respected colonel in the army.

The hotel has 16 bedrooms, all with tea and coffee making facilities, trouser presses and colour TV. There is a function room complete with bar, conferencing facilities, restaurant and 5 acres of beautiful stately grounds. We offer restaurant and or bar meals along with various dining packages.

Getting There: Leave the M5 at junction 14 and follow signs for the A38 to Bristol. At the junction where you meet the A38 turn towards Bristol and Thornbury. The Hotel is situated approximately 1 mile along the A38 on the left hand side. Follow the sign down the long drive to approach the entrance of the hotel.
Please Note: We do accept well behaved pets who bring their own bedding. We have a stannah stair lift so the less mobile can access the first floor bedrooms in the main house.
